At FES CONTROLS we offer services related to building automation, home automation and energy efficiency. Specialized in all types of buildings, schools, hospitals, town halls, etc..., we implement building supervision systems to be able to fully exploit the facilities. Thanks to our system, the maintenance personnel of the installation can make adequate maintenance plans for each machine and see, through the SCADA, which time slot of the day and which elements are the ones that consume the most, and in this way be able to save end of the month.

SCHWARTZ HAUTMONT

The Schwartz Hautmont building (Vila-seca, 2010) has air conditioning control, heat/cold production, lighting, a fire-fighting system and monitoring of energy consumption.

The building consists of approximately 400 air conditioning and heat/cold production points, 10 LON-DALI gateways, 72 LON nodes for lighting control and 1 fire station with 76 connected points. To perform energy supervision, 15 energy analyzers were used. consumption, in total more than 500 control points and the company FES CONTROLS was in charge of commissioning the entire management system.

The lighting part is carried out by means of luminosity and movement detectors that are used to turn off, turn on and regulate the DALI luminaires through the LON-DALI gateways. All offices and meeting rooms have temperature control through fan coils as well as humidity due to the presence of a cooling ceiling.

AEROPORT ALACANT-ELX

The Alicante-Elche airport (Alacant, 2010) has a Schneider Electric fire-fighting system control system.

It is a sophisticated infrastructure of 32 Fire Centers intercommunicated with each other and supervised in real time from a specific BMS that in turn allows receiving data from more than 12,500 control points.

The user can see in detail in which part of the installation the incident has been generated and be able to act quickly in a critical situation.

MONESTIR DE MONTSERRAT

The Montestir de Montserrat (Monistrol de Montserrat, 2015), consists of air conditioning control, heat production with biomass and supervision of thermal consumption.

The Montestir de Montserrat, located 720m above sea level, consists of 160 control points and 6 thermal energy meters, the production of heat is carried out by means of 2 biomass boilers, in case these are not operative they enter operation 2 propane gas boilers. The automata distributed by the different buildings collect and manage the data and send it to the Enterprise Server supervision system, the user via Workstation or web access can see the current status of the installation.

HOSPITAL JOSEP TRUETA GIRONA

The Josep Trueta Hospital in Girona consists of air conditioning control, thermal production, management of surgical areas and electrical and thermal consumption meters.

In the upper layer we have the BMS Enterprise Server that is responsible for managing the more than 20 Automation Servers that encompass a total of more than 10,000 control points. A detailed programming of each one of them and the application of an alarm notification control allow the rapid management of incidents in the building.

One of the greatest advantages of this new management system is that it allows large-scale decentralization of the management of screens and control points.
